The tours are almost private – we were a group of 12 in three Toyota Land Cruisers – comfortable. Justyna is very dedicated and listens to the needs of her tour participants: we spontaneously stopped along the road to pet camels, swam in a waterfall, visited an Omani barber, she took us for lobster and camel kebabs, advised us on endless shopping trips, and so on. She also fought until the very end to save our overnight stay in the desert when a heavy overnight downpour completely flooded the campsite. We succeeded; it was wonderful! Thank you again! I'd like to share with you the experiences we had in wonderful Oman thanks to enjoy salalah. We wanted a private guide because we don't like group tours where everyone waits for someone else. While searching online for someone to show us around Oman, I came across enjoy salalah. Honestly, we couldn't have found a better place! I wrote to Justyna, who responded immediately whenever she had a free moment, and we were quickly finalizing the details. I listed the places I wanted to see, and Justyna created a tour plan that included literally everything and more of Oman's beautiful sites. We decided to stay for two days to make sure we saw everything, and it was such a beautiful and wonderful experience that by the end of the trip, we were filled with sadness that it was over. When choosing the private tour option, where you travel in the car with Haffed and Justyna, a positive aspect (those who work online will understand) is the Wi-Fi throughout the entire trip! But getting down to specifics... Justyna and Haffed make a wonderful duo who will open up Oman and its most beautiful places to you. They'll show you everything in detail, explain everything, answer every nagging question, and create an atmosphere that's hard to describe. During the tours, you feel like a family traveling with long-lost uncles... it's magical! Customer service is paramount here - as soon as Justyna heard we were drinking Coke Zero, there was a supply in the car for the entire two days. When we told her we loved food and trying local delicacies, Justyna went out of her way to make sure we tried dishes you won't find in guidebooks or online! Throughout the trip, you'll be provided with delicious Omani snacks (cookies, crackers, amazing mini bananas, delicious dates, and amazing coffee prepared by Justyna—it's better than anything you'd find in a café!) The customer's well-being is our top priority, and it's truly rare to meet such amazing people. The enjoy salalah team opened up the most beautiful corners of Oman to us, showed us breathtaking places, and provided everything we needed (including a restroom at every stop 😆 (I drink a lot, haha)). We were taken care of, pampered, and thoroughly satisfied. On trips with enjoy, you can sing in the car, see beautiful Oman from an intimate perspective without the crowds because Justyna knows when and where to be to avoid a coach party, sample authentic local delicacies (camel meat, tortilla chips, Omani sweets... and many other delicacies we didn't even know were traditional in Oman), inhale the scent of incense to take home later, buy it at the market, savor beautiful views while eating dates and drinking authentic Omani coffee... and many other pleasures I could list for hours. We can't forget to mention Haffed, who understands a lot of Polish, is hilarious, makes an effort to connect, and is an incredibly positive person, who gives this trip a unique character. His desert drive is an experience not to be missed—it's truly impressive. At every step, he shows us his traditions so we can learn as much as possible about his beautiful country and culture. A lovely gesture is a gift of a scarf, which Haffed first ties in a special way on each of our heads (there were three of us on the trip, and everyone felt taken care of, and each of us saw what mattered most to them). In summary, Enjoy Salalah is a team that gives us their heart and knowledge, opening the door to the mysterious and beautiful Oman, making us fall in love with it, and with them, in fact! I must admit, I had tears in my eyes when it came time to say goodbye. There is no better team to spend this time in Oman and see these incredible places, because every place we had the opportunity to see was beautiful! We definitely recommend Enjoy Salalah and hope to see you soon, because we miss you already.
